Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment efforts for assigned positions across DLC's corporate and operational roles
- Source, identify, and engage qualified construction professionals through a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and direct outreach
- Conduct candidate screenings and initial interviews to assess qualifications, experience, cultural fit, and compensation expectations
- Present qualified candidates with detailed summaries and recommendations to hiring managers
- Cook up candidate interviews and maintain consistent communication throughout the hiring process
- Develop and maintain talent pipelines for critical and recurring construction positions
Qualifications
- 5-7 years of recruiting experience, preferably within the commercial real estate industry
- Experience sourcing passive candidates and building talent pipelines
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and interviewing skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple active searches simultaneously
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems, and other sourcing
- Prior experience supporting high-volume recruiting efforts for growing organizations
