Contract Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment efforts for assigned positions across DLC's corporate and operational roles
• Source, identify, and engage qualified construction professionals through a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and direct outreach
• Conduct candidate screenings and initial interviews to assess qualifications, experience, cultural fit, and compensation expectations
• Present qualified candidates with detailed summaries and recommendations to hiring managers
• Cook up candidate interviews and maintain consistent communication throughout the hiring process
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines for critical and recurring construction positions

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of recruiting experience, preferably within the commercial real estate industry
• Experience sourcing passive candidates and building talent pipelines
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and interviewing skills
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple active searches simultaneously
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems, and other sourcing
• Prior experience supporting high-volume recruiting efforts for growing organizations
