About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role will be responsible for delivering full-cycle recruiting support across multiple business functions, partnering closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to attract, engage, and hire top talent. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate strong stakeholder partnership, and bring a data-driven approach to managing recruiting pipelines and delivering hiring outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management
- Partner with hiring managers and cross-functional stakeholders to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies
- Build and maintain diverse and high-quality candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing and market research
- Conduct candidate assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and alignment with role requirements
- Drive a consistent and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Coordinate interview processes and ensure timely communication with candidates and stakeholders
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in Workday or similar Applicant Tracking Systems
- Track, analyze, and report on recruiting metrics, pipeline health, and hiring progress
- Provide market insights and talent trends to inform hiring strategies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 3-6 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting
- Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong experience in sourcing and pipeline development
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (preferably Workday)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

- Experience in a corporate/in-house recruiting environment
- Experience supporting large-scale or high-growth hiring initiatives

Pay
The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is $55.00 - $60.00/hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience.
