Contract Performance Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead lifecycle management of outages and repairs to ensure asset reliability
• Oversee Contractual Service Agreements, focusing on high-quality maintenance
• Act as a technical advisor for customer site teams, providing actionable solutions
• Initiate continuous improvement processes to enhance efficiency and profitability
• Manage contract financials including invoicing and cash collection

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in power generation or related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 5 years in the power generation industry, or relevant varied experience
• Strong project management skills
• Excellent oral and written communication abilities
• Demonstrated leadership and cross-functional collaboration experience
