Contract Performance Manager
About the role
Provides all necessary resources and logistics to perform service and maintenance activities at customer sites/properties. These activities help maintain, repair, and refurbish sold or existing products. Includes all types of maintenance services (preventive and corrective), manages maintenance facilities, and field technical services. Impacts the team's ability to meet service, quality, and timeliness goals. This role is subject to operational policy objectives and has moderate autonomy. High levels of operational judgment are required to achieve expected results.
Responsibilities
- Acts as the single point of contact for the customer to ensure quick and satisfactory resolution of issues, covering a broad range of support services for an assigned region, product, or coverage area.
- Responsible for knowledge of the assigned region, coverage area, or product ranges, associated configuration setups, and representing the most direct access to all appropriate internal functions to assist the customer.
- Establishes and maintains contact to provide ongoing technical and commercial support to assigned customers in a designated geographic region or coverage area.
- Requires specialized knowledge of the function. Influences strategy development within the area of responsibility, including resource control and policy formulation.
- Interprets simple internal and external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes, or services.
- Stays informed about industry trends that may inform work.
- Demonstrates high levels of judgment in making decisions and managing complex tasks or problems in operational, product management, manufacturing, technology, or engineering areas.
- Assesses the quality of provided information and asks relevant questions to stakeholders.
- Solves problems with innovative solutions outside established parameters and develops recommendations.
- Leverages internal and external resources outside of own function to aid in decision-making.
- Leads functional teams or projects with low resource needs, risks, and/or complexity as needed.
- Communicates complex concepts effectively and can influence colleagues' opinions on specific topics.
- Encourages others to consider different perspectives on issues.
Qualifications
- For roles outside the United States: Advanced experience in the function and digital audio workstation. Knowledge equivalent to a master’s degree from an accredited university (or a bachelor’s degree with relevant experience).
- For roles in the United States: Master’s degree from an accredited university (or high school diploma/GED with at least 6 years of experience in the function).

Pay
For candidates applying to a U.S.-based position, the pay range is between $119,600.00 and $199,400.00. The company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120%, or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. Bonus eligibility includes a discretionary annual bonus.
