About the Role
Join a collaborative corporate talent acquisition team at a well-established retail organization. This contract opportunity is ideal for an experienced recruiter who enjoys building relationships, partnering with business leaders, and identifying top talent across a variety of corporate functions. The role offers the chance to work closely with hiring managers while managing the full recruitment lifecycle and contributing to strategic talent acquisition initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for a variety of corporate and professional positions.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
- Screen applicants, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidate qualifications.
- Coordinate interview scheduling and maintain consistent communication throughout the hiring process.
- Present qualified candidates and provide hiring recommendations to business leaders.
- Manage offer coordination and support onboarding activities.
- Maintain recruiting activity within the Applicant Tracking System while ensuring compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
- Build talent pipelines for future hiring needs and proactively identify passive candidates.
- Support recruiting projects, reporting, process improvements, and employer branding initiatives.
Requirements
- 3+ years of corporate recruiting experience with full-cycle recruiting responsibilities.
- Experience recruiting professional or corporate business roles.
- Strong sourcing and networking abilities using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting tools.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship management skills.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Ability to manage multiple open requisitions while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Retail or consumer products recruiting experience.
- Experience supporting both exempt and non-exempt hiring.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative corporate environment.
