About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Contract Recruiter to join our team and support our Corporate functions. In this role, you’ll be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our rapidly growing business functions. The ideal candidate brings a strong track record of success, deep expertise in the full recruitment lifecycle, and exceptional communication and relationship-building skills. This is a six-month contract with potential to extend based on business need.
Responsibilities
- Partner closely with hiring managers as a strategic advisor and business partner
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process while ensuring a high-quality candidate experience
- Develop and maintain strong pipelines through proactive sourcing and outreach
- Conduct candidate interviews, provide timely updates, and lead compensation negotiations
- Create intake forms and collaborate with hiring managers to structure interview processes
Requirements
- 4+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience in a variety of roles across Business Operations, Finance, Accounting, or broader G&A hiring
- Strong sourcing capabilities, including passive candidate outreach via LinkedIn and other tools
- Experience recruiting in fast-paced, high-growth startup environments
- Skilled in salary and equity negotiation
- Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed hiring goals (e.g., 5+ hires per month)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Data-driven, with the ability to use recruiting metrics and market trends to guide hiring strategy
- Experience maintaining detailed documentation in an ATS
- Willingness and ability to travel as needed
Pay
Compensation will be paid in the hourly range of $70.00 - $80.00. Compensation to be determined by the applicant’s knowledge, education, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
