Corporate Recruiter - Contract
The Corporate Recruiter - Contract at Catalent Pharma Solutions is responsible for partnering with HR and hiring managers to support staffing strategies and recruitment needs. Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborate with HR managers and hiring managers to determine staffing strategies, gather position requirements, review compensation, and ensure job descriptions and behavioral profiles are current
- Monitor requisition progress from approval to closure
- Develop and implement recruitment programs and strategies to ensure effectiveness, consistency, and compliance with strategic planning and branding
- Source active candidates through online databases, job postings, contact lists, internal databases, and employee referrals
- Proactively source passive candidates through networking, cold calling, advertisements, job fairs, and internet/social media searches
- Evaluate motivators of candidates and influence decision-making using a consultative recruitment approach
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of a bachelor's degree in a related field, 3+ years of recruiting experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, and proven ability to create and drive efficient and effective candidate generation strategies.
This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $45 – $50 in NJ, with the final rate dependent on various factors. The role is full-time, with a shift of Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm, and is currently remote.
