Job Summary
We are seeking a driven and highly organized Corporate Recruiter to join a fast-paced, collaborative talent acquisition team supporting high-volume operational hiring initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment Support & Coordination: Initially focus on administrative and recruiting support responsibilities before scaling into full-cycle recruiting ownership across multiple business lines and operational functions.
- Stakeholder Partnership: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers while understanding team structure, culture, and hiring priorities.
- Talent Sourcing & Engagement: Utilize recruiting technologies and AI-enabled sourcing tools to identify, assess, and engage talent efficiently.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate journey through consistent communication, coordination, and advocacy throughout the interview and offer process.
- Offer Management: Partner with HR and compensation teams to support and navigate offer discussions while balancing market competitiveness and internal equity.
- Independent Execution: Operate with increasing autonomy, demonstrating adaptability, urgency, and confidence in ambiguous or high-volume recruiting environments.

Preferred Experience
- Prior recruiting or recruiting coordination experience
- Exposure to corporate recruiting environments or large enterprise organizations
- Experience supporting operational or financial services-related hiring initiatives
- Familiarity with recruiting workflows, candidate management, and stakeholder communication
