About the role

We are looking for a candidate with a degree in economics and at least 5 years of experience in the field, skilled in accounting software and Office suite, with knowledge of Incoterms, Intrastat, customs for export/import and temporary imports, general accounting and financial statements, basic business administration and analytical accounting. English is required; Italian is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Recording national/EU/non-EU supplier invoices
• Preparing and recording expense reports
• Managing supplier payments and customer collections
• Preparing primary accounting records
• Checking account balances
• Managing liabilities and supplier relationships
• Making primary accounting entries based on received documents
• Preparing customer/supplier accounting statements
• Invoicing national/EU/non-EU customers
• E-invoicing
• Sending documents to Intrastat consultant
• Managing tax obligations
• Managing bank guarantees in favour of clients / bank guarantees from suppliers
• Preparing statistical reports
• Inter-company statements
• Preparing balance components and reconciling account sheets
• Preparing any other statements requested by senior staff

Schedule

• Monday to Thursday: 08:30 – 17:30 with lunch break from 13:30 to 14:00
• Friday: 08:30 – 15:00 with lunch break from 13:30 to 14:00
