Concierge (temporary)

Responsibilities

• Serves as the frontline ambassador to all residents and guests providing the highest level of customer service.
• Receives initial customer and resident concerns and directs them to the appropriate department for follow-up.
• Maintains a strong knowledge of the local community and provides residents and guests with information regarding festivals, events, attractions, restaurants, tours and transportation schedules in the surrounding area.
• Covers resident parking and valet needs, and assists with loading/unloading as needed.
• Conducts tours and ensures that model rooms are ready and available for viewing.
• Ensures that front desk and other common areas are clean and stocked.

Requirements

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
