Consumer Loan Coordinator

This position can be filled in: Oklahoma – Claremore, Drumright, Ponca City, Vinita; Kansas – Ark City, Winfield.

About the role

Someone to support loan officers in preparing consumer loan requests, ensuring all consumer lending steps flow effectively and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Review and prepare consumer loan requests.
• Act as a direct line of communication with Loan Officers to ensure loan requests are prepared both timely and accurately.
• Adhere to all federal regulations, law, and RCB Bank policies.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• One (1) year of banking experience.

Qualifications

• Previous loan experience.
• Knowledge of loan documentation, loan structuring, and regulatory requirements.

• Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple loan requests simultaneously.

Work environment and physical demands

This position is in an office environment within a climate-controlled facility that can be high-traffic during peak service times. There is frequent use of the telephone, computer and other office equipment associated with this position. Individuals in this position are typically seated at their personal desk for most of the day. The individual responsible for this role must be able to perform job functions with general supervision and work effectively as a member of a team and independently. The individual must be capable of working harmoniously with diverse personalities of co-workers, staff and customers. This position requires regular and reliable attendance and the ability to work varying hours.
