CONSUMER LOAN COORDINATOR

About the role

RCB Bank seeks a detail‑oriented professional to support loan officers in preparing consumer loan requests, ensuring the lending process flows effectively and efficiently. The role contributes to the bank’s mission of building relationships, serving communities, and maintaining high standards of integrity and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Review and prepare consumer loan requests.
• Serve as a direct line of communication with Loan Officers to ensure loan requests are prepared timely and accurately.
• Adhere to all federal regulations, laws, and RCB Bank policies.

• Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Close attention to detail and high degree of accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple loan requests simultaneously.
• Self‑motivated, organized, with strong decision‑making skills.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• One (1) year of banking experience.

Qualifications

• Previous loan experience.
• Knowledge of loan documentation, loan structuring, and regulatory requirements.
