Consumer Loan Coordinator

About the role

Someone to support loan officers in preparing consumer loan requests, ensuring all consumer lending steps flow effectively and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Review and prepare consumer loan requests.
• Be a direct line of communication with Loan Officers to ensure that loan requests are prepared both timely and accurately.
• Adhere to all federal regulations, law, and RCB Bank policies.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED.
• One (1) year of banking experience.

Qualifications

• Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Pays close attention to detail and has a high degree of accuracy.
• Can work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple loan requests simultaneously.
• Self-motivated, organized, and possesses excellent decision-making skills.
• Cares about the community and has a desire to be involved.

Skills

• Previous loan experience.
• Knowledge of loan documentation, loan structuring, and regulatory requirements.
