Consumer and Commercial Loan Processor (Relationship Coordinator)

About the Role

The Relationship Coordinator is a consumer and commercial Loan Processor supporting multiple loan officers. This fully onsite role in Bastrop, TX involves processing loan applications from initial intake through closing, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Gather and verify customer information
• Prepare and review loan documents
• Coordinate with lenders, underwriters, and customers
• Maintain organized and up-to-date loan files
• Monitor loan statuses and follow up on outstanding items
• Support loan servicing activities such as renewals, modifications, and collateral documentation
• Deliver professional customer service and answer questions about the loan process
• Ensure timely and efficient loan closings

Qualifications
