Duties & Functions

• Maintain construction schedules with the superintendent.
• Drive Company work truck to and from worksites, obeying traffic laws.
• Meet periodically with each crew member to ensure understanding of proper and safe company practices.
• Correctly fill out time sheets and work sheets containing necessary information for the superintendent and office staff.
• Review the status of the equipment for their crew and address any maintenance issues.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license and ability to meet insurance requirements for past driving record.
• Maintain and encourage good relationships with the crew and with the customer’s field staff.
• Professionally represent the company in interactions with the superintendent, customers, office and field staff, and the vice president.
• Serve as an example to the crew of integrity, ingenuity, and honesty.
• Adhere to company safety guidelines and ensure those under their supervision do the same.
• Show strong time management skills.
