Pay

$20.00/hr. + Daily Cash Tips + Monthly Safety Bonus

Shifts

• Evening Shift 5pm- close
• Weekends and Holidays required.

What you will be Doing

• Directs the work activity for a group of drivers.
• Affixes to minimize cost.
• Affixes to the Station Manager with the following: Recruit, interview, select, train, motivate, coach, and mentor transport drivers.
• Responsible assisting in the daily maintenance review of fleet vehicles; daily vehicle inspections, schedule maintenance, and communicate concerns to Manager.
• Maintains a positive environment while enforcing company policies.
• Safely transporting top airline crew members to/from airport and hotels in a safe, courteous, and reliable manner.
• Listening and speaking to people in person and by radio.
• Assists airline crew members on and off the bus and help with luggage as needed.
• Focus on safety, accountability and creating raving fans!

Experience

• Shuttle driving: 1 year (Preferred)

Licenses/Certifications

• Driver's License (Required)

What you will need to have

• Must have a clean driving record and valid driver's license.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds
• Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen and physical.
• Ability to obtain a Non CDL DOT Medical Card is required for this position.
