LEAD DRIVER

Your Mission

• Direct and inspire your team of drivers with leadership that focuses on process improvement, team-building, coaching, and feedback.
• Keep overtime to a minimum, except for those rare emergency situations.
• Aid the Station Manager by being a recruitment wizard - interviewing, selecting, training, motivating, coaching, and mentoring transport drivers to be the best in the business.
• Oversee the daily maintenance review of our fleet, ensuring everything runs like a well-oiled machine and reporting concerns promptly.
• Be the safety superhero, conducting regular safety audits, leading station safety meetings, and meeting with individual staff members to ensure a secure and thriving work environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a clean driving record, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Must be at least 21 years old (per DOT requirements).
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and physical.
• Must obtain a Non-CDL DOT Medical Card.
