About the role

Established and growing construction firm in Dublin, CA is seeking to add a Construction Bookkeeper/Contract Admin to their team. This is 100% onsite in Dublin, CA and a very strong temp to hire role.

Qualifications

• AA or BS in Business or similar a plus with 2+ years experience
• Must have recent hands on construction industry bookkeeping/Accounting or as a Contract Admin
• Experience with Union Payroll, Certified Payroll, basic billing, change orders, supporting Project Managers, liens, waivers, etc, ALL HELPFUL! Some training will be provided
• Intermediate Excel needed

Pay

$70,000 - $75,000 DOE
