About the role
This is 100% onsite in Dublin, CA and a very strong temp to hire role.
Responsibilities
- Bookkeeping and accounting for construction projects
- Supporting Project Managers with tasks such as change orders, liens, and waivers
- Handling Union Payroll and Certified Payroll
- Basic billing and supporting contract administration
- Intermediate Excel skills required
Requirements
- AAS or BA in Business or similar field preferred with 3+ years of experience
- Recent hands-on experience in the construction industry with bookkeeping or contract administration
