Responsibilities
- Collect, organize, file material tickets.
- Gather and submit material certifications.
- Review daily reports and prepare records for submission to Owner.
- Review and file incident reports, collect missing data, submit reports to Owner.
- Organize and maintain project records.
- Aid project team with submittal preparation and submission.
- Prepare and maintain On-The-Job Trainee documentation.
- Aid project team with reviewing and approving invoices.
- Track certified payroll submissions and notify parties of delinquency.
- Prepare and submit miscellaneous project correspondence.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in construction administration.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of construction industry standards and regulations.
