Responsibilities
Maintaining and monitoring the memory care (Connections) holistic wellness program, including but not restricted to:
assisting the Director of Engagement with input into resident assessments,
leading neuroplasticity programming (Connect-Move-Learn cycles),
muscular strength, aerobic and flexibility training,
wellness promotion,
social-recreational activities and outings
and volunteer program development and community resource coordination.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 1 year experience activities or recreation service experience
Certified Dementia Practitioner or eligible for certification.
Willingness to work in a hands-on role with residents and staff.
Must be able to drive a company vehicle (town car and 14 passenger van)
Must possess a current driver's license and ability to meet approved driver requirements
