If you’re the kind of person who never says no to a soiree, you’re speaking our language. We’re currently seeking an exuberant Conference Services Manager to join the team. Our goals are set on a luxury events pro and a natural salesperson who brings it all to life for our guests. From developing creative ways to maximize profit and achieving set revenue goals, to supporting the financial, business and marketing objectives for meetings, parties and other gatherings at the hotel. Responsibilities

• Develop creative ways to maximize profit and achieve set revenue goals.
• Support the financial, business and marketing objectives for meetings, parties and other gatherings at the hotel.
• Energize staff daily and lead by example.
• Collaborate on each new project to inspire and assist in executing events that leave guests in awe of their surroundings.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of similar work experience in hospitality and food & beverage.
• A post-secondary diploma or degree is a plus.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Catering & Events.
• Strong leadership abilities.
• Natural salesperson.
• Proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance.

Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Pay

Salary Range: $85,000 - $88,000 annualized

Schedule

Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
