Concierge Security Guard - Front Desk

GardaWorld Security Services is now hiring a Concierge Security Officer in Mooresville, IN. The role requires a strong ability to engage with others, ensuring customers feel reassured and inspired.

Responsibilities

• Tell visitors and manage access control
• Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Extensive screening process passed
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Basic phone & computer skills proficient
• Security, military, or law enforcement experience preferred

Pay

$20.75 per hour, with DailyPay available for GardaWorld employees!

Schedule

Full-time, Wednesday through Sunday, 2nd Shift, 2 p.m. to 10 p.m.
