Concierge Security - Front Desk

GardaWorld Security Services is seeking a Concierge Security Officer. What matters most in this role is your ability to build meaningful connections and engage with others to reassure and inspire confidence.

About the role

As a Concierge Security Officer, you will focus on customer service while working in environments such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers across various shifts.

Schedule

Full-Time, 1st and 2nd Shift:

• Saturday through Sunday, 3 p.m. to 11 p.m.
• Wednesday through Thursday, 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Site Location: Clayton, MO

Pay

Competitive hourly wage of $19.57 per hour. DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees.

Responsibilities

• Customer service duties such as welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
• Manage access control
• Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
• Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Pass an extensive screening process
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Must be 21 years of age
• Proficient in basic phone and computer skills
• Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience is a plus
• State license if required
