Concierge Security - Front Desk

GardaWorld Security Services is seeking a Concierge Security Officer who thrives on building meaningful connections and providing exceptional customer service in environments such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers.

About the role

This full-time position focuses on customer service and security, ensuring the safety and protection of individuals and property while engaging with visitors and managing access control.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer service duties, including welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
• Manage access control for the site
• Conduct regular patrols to identify potential risks
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns

Requirements

• Authorization to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to pass an extensive screening process
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficiency in basic phone and computer skills
• State security license, if required

Security, military, or law enforcement experience is a plus.

Pay

Competitive hourly wage of $18.00 per hour.

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 1st Shift: 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.
