Concierge Officer - Front Desk Security

About the role

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Concierge Security Officer. The role emphasizes building meaningful connections and providing high‑focus customer service while working with people on all shifts in environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, etc. Site Location: Lexington, KY.

Responsibilities

• Customer service duties like welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
• Manage access control
• Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
• Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
• Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience – a plus
• State license if required

Pay

Competitive hourly wage of $17 (DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees!)

Schedule

Part-time, Saturday through Sunday, 2nd Shift, 7 p.m. to 7 a.m.
