Concierge Security - Front Desk

About the role

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Concierge Security Officer. The role focuses on customer service, building meaningful connections, and engaging with others to reassure and inspire confidence. You will work with people on all shifts in environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, etc.

Responsibilities

• Customer service duties like welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
• Manage access control
• Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
• Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Must be 21 years of age
• Ability to pass an extensive screening process
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
• Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience – a plus
• State license if required

Pay

Competitive hourly wage of $19.57 per hour (DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees)

Schedule

Part‑Time, 1st Shift, Thursday through Saturday, 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.
