About the Role

This position coordinates with the IT Help Desk Supervisor and IT Director for day-to-day operations of various computer systems, hardware, and on-site administration for software/hardware users in professional offices, workgroups, departments, and public areas. Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to guests and employees by exceeding the mission statement and delivering the Five Star Experience.
• Maintain, monitor, and correct computer-related problems.
• Receive, install, and test new PC hardware.
• Set up hardware and install licensed software.
• Assist with system backups and verify completion.
• Assist all departments with computer-related problems and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Evaluate hardware problems, repair or replace components as necessary.
• Record problems, such as downtime, and actions taken.
• Answer telephone calls to assist computer users encountering issues.
• Assist in classifying, cataloging, and maintaining tapes.
• May be on-call during off-scheduled hours.
• Ensure compliance with all Minimum Internal Control Standards (MICS) and Tribal Internal Control Standards (TICS).
• Present a positive image of the Tribal organization to guests and vendors.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures, including attending scheduled safety meetings and training.
• Perform any other duties assigned from time to time.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED (must be documented).
• At least 1 year of experience in a PC/Computer Technician capacity.
• Must pass periodic random drug screens.
• Must pass a background suitability investigation.
• Must obtain a Tribal Gaming License and all other applicable certifications and licenses.
• Must provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States within 72 hours of employment.

Work Environment

• Multiple locations, some open 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.
• Must be flexible to work any and all hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Must be available for emergency calls 24/7.
• Some enterprises are gaming facilities.
• Some enterprises are not smoke-free environments.
• Surveillance cameras and audio equipment monitor the premises 24/7.
