Computer Operator I

Responsibilities

• Monitor Brightstar’s enterprise systems in a 24/7 operational environment
• Support product development, systems integration, and lottery operations teams
• Execute daily operational checklists and ensure tasks are completed accurately
• Generate and review reports to ensure accuracy and clarity before distribution
• Identify and escalate system issues quickly and effectively
• Assist in system recovery efforts to restore normal operations
• Partner with cross-functional teams to maintain seamless service delivery

Requirements

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• OR equivalent experience with at least 2 years in a related technical role
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, shift-based environment

Pay

The estimated starting compensation range for this role is $38,225.00 – $54,607.00. The actual pay offered may be higher or lower. The Company complies with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.

Schedule

Day shift 6am - 6pm, 3 days one week, 4 the next and working Sat or Sun every week.
