Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain ITAR compliance programs and policies.
  • Monitor and ensure adherence to all ITAR regulations and export control laws.
  • Provide training and guidance to staff on ITAR compliance requirements.
  • Conduct regular audits and risk assessments related to export controls.
  • Oversee documentation and record-keeping for ITAR-related activities.
  • Cook up coordination with internal departments to ensure compliance across all operations.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for government agencies regarding ITAR matters.
  • Investigate and resolve compliance issues as they arise.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of International Traffic in Arms Regulations and export control laws.
  • Experience in compliance management within the business services industry.
  • Excellent communication and training skills to guide internal teams effectively.
  • Proficiency in analyzing and managing compliance documentation and processes.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for thorough audits and record-keeping.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments to ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in compliance management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Business Administration, International Relations, or a similar discipline.
  • Passion for compliance and a commitment to excellence.
