Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain ITAR compliance programs and policies.
- Monitor and ensure adherence to all ITAR regulations and export control laws.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on ITAR compliance requirements.
- Conduct regular audits and risk assessments related to export controls.
- Oversee documentation and record-keeping for ITAR-related activities.
- Cook up coordination with internal departments to ensure compliance across all operations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for government agencies regarding ITAR matters.
- Investigate and resolve compliance issues as they arise.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of International Traffic in Arms Regulations and export control laws.
- Experience in compliance management within the business services industry.
- Excellent communication and training skills to guide internal teams effectively.
- Proficiency in analyzing and managing compliance documentation and processes.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for thorough audits and record-keeping.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments to ensure regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in compliance management.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Business Administration, International Relations, or a similar discipline.
