Job Description
Handles task requests and inquiries in a timely and courteous manner.
Communicates contract language in terms callers will understand.
Maintain customers’ account details in our management system.
Communicates with customers on account changes.
Completes specific projects relating to customers’ requests.
Affords assistance to other departments in handling customer needs.
Absorbs ability to discuss billing and provides accounting assistance to customers.
Adheres to company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma, or equivalent, required. Relevant associate’s degree highly preferred.
- Excellent judgment and critical thinking skills
- Exceptional telephone etiquette and communication skills.
- Strong follow through and organizational skills.
- Adaptable to a quick pace with advanced time management skills.
- Possess strong people skills and highly service oriented.
- Must work well in a multi-task, team-focused environment, and independently.
- General computer knowledge, able to work in Microsoft office products, and ability to learn multiple software programs.
