Compliance Coordinator - Remote
Licensing & Entity Management
You’ll research business licensing compliance requirements and prepare, submit, and track state and local business licenses, permits, and corporate entity maintenance filings.
Project Management
You’ll manage multiple projects concurrently from conception to completion to ensure timely filings across all business units with exceptional ownership, accountability, and follow-through.
Database Administration
You’ll maintain and continuously update our internal compliance and corporate filing databases.
External Coordination
You’ll coordinate with state agencies, local authorities, and registered agents to manage state registration projects and resolve application roadblocks.
Process Improvement
You’ll help us build scalable and efficient workflows as we add more businesses to our portfolio.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2+ years of office administration, personal/executive assistant, bookkeeping or other comparable clerical or administrative work experience
- Curious, adaptable, and motivated to grow with a scaling organization
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
- Proven project management and critical thinking skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to adjust priorities in fast-paced environment
- High integrity, discretion, and strong ethical standards
- Strong computer skills, including a working knowledge of Excel
Preferred Experience
- Demonstrated interest in the performing arts and/or performing arts education
- Familiarity with project management software
- Prior experience dealing with multi-state business operations
Compensation & Benefits
This role is full-time and remote, with an expected $45,000-$55,000 annual salary. Within this range, pay is determined by work location and other factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
