Healthy Kids is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Compliance Coordinator to support documentation, licensing, and compliance activities across our growing, multi-state organization. Reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with Operations, Registration, HR, and other departments, this role will help ensure that required documentation, licensing information, and compliance records are accurate, organized, and up to date. A primary focus will be tracking children's required medical and health documentation, identifying missing or expiring records, and coordinating follow-up to help ensure requirements are met. This is a hands-on administrative role for someone who enjoys organization, documentation, tracking, follow-up, and problem-solving. The position does not involve providing medical advice or making clinical determinations.

Responsibilities
