Key Purpose
The key purpose of this role is to provide oversight compliance to ensure all regulatory companies, policies, and procedures are followed. This is a supervisory role, and this individual will be expected to approach leads and cabin cleaners to provide constructive feedback.
Responsibilities
- Comply with safety rules, policies and procedures, and stop at risk behavior of others and self
- Audit day-to-day operations for regulatory and procedural compliance
- Perform root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions where discrepancies are identified
- Ensure 100% compliance with the AA Cabin Appearance Manual
- Provide feedback to correct performance failures
- Track training and develop a plan to ensure all staff are 100% compliant on training records
- Ensure all safety cards are current in stock
- Report to Cabin Service Management with audit findings
- Meet with ISS GM to discuss any training and audit information
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Ability to recognize and understand safety signs and building warning systems
- Ability to understand safety requirements and company handbook expectations
- Ability to provide top notch customer service to ISS customers and guests
- Able to work a flexible schedule that may include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Able to read and understand standard business documentation (e.g. contract language)
- Possess solid written and oral communication skills
- Possess strong organizational and team building skills
- Be a team player and committed to working in a quality environment
Physical Demands & Work Environment
- Lifting and carrying up to 50lbs
- Walking up and down stairs continuously
- Hearing Protection is required while working on the ramp
- Exposure to all outside weather conditions
- Working with chemicals in a confined space
