About the Community

Designed for people age 55 and better, one of the location communities is set upon acres of countryside that is conveniently located with easy access to anything and everything. Amenities include a large clubhouse that features flexible meeting rooms, a professional kitchen for catering and demonstrations, a fitness room, resort style pool, and more. Residents also enjoy a number of concierge services. The other community is a growing master-planned community which offers a choice of complimentary floor plans designed for easy living and entertaining. Amenities include a pool and pavilion.

Responsibilities

• Conduct community drives and inspections of residential properties.
• Issue violations of the deed restrictions with specific reference to property maintenance and aesthetics.
• Document, photograph and record all violations.
• Assist Homeowners with the Architectural Review process.
• Prepare applications for the committee review.

• Demonstrate good time management and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality of business matters.
• Self‑motivated, dependable, organized, and efficient.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills.
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Able to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
• High attention to detail.
• Excellent telephone manner, with a commitment to the highest customer service.
• Valid driver’s license in the state of employment.
• Reliable means of transportation (personal vehicle may be required).
• Available to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the site as determined by the Community Manager, including possible evenings and weekends.
• Must pass a pre‑employment drug screen and background check.
• CAM license preferred (required in Florida, Georgia and Nevada within six months of hire).
• Physical requirements:
  • Mobility: Ability to walk the grounds long distances in various weather conditions.
  • Lifting and Carrying: Occasionally lifting and carrying supplies or equipment up to 25 pounds.
  • Extended Sitting or Standing: Capability to sit or stand for extended periods during meetings or events.
  • Manual Dexterity: Skills in using technology, including computers and mobile devices.
  • Driving: Ability to operate vehicle to perform certain job functions.
  • MVR review at hire and periodically to ensure satisfactory driving status.
