About the role

Community Representatives are community members who:

• Raise awareness of Alzheimer's Association programs
• Provide basic disease information
• Link consumers to Alzheimer’s Association services

Responsibilities

Community Representatives will:

• Engage with the local community to promote Alzheimer's Association initiatives
• Offer support and resources to individuals affected by Alzheimer's disease
• Collaborate with other volunteers and staff to enhance community impact

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must:

• Be a resident of or near Chico, CA
• Have a few hours available each month to dedicate to volunteering
• Be willing to commit to a one-year period with a minimum of 1-5 hours per month

Qualifications
