Job Summary

The PMAC Community Engagement Director will think strategically about PMAC Fundraising to develop and execute a fundraising strategy for PMAC's small nonprofit after-school and summer program.

Responsibilities

• Think strategically about PMAC Fundraising to develop and execute a fundraising strategy for PMAC's small nonprofit after-school and summer program.
• One-on-one with donors and potential donors to develop relationships and ask them to partner with PMAC financially.

Requirements

• Experience in nonprofit fundraising and community engagement.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

Skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to manage donor relationships and solicitations.
