Director of Community Engagement & Partnerships

Job Summary

International Diamond Center is seeking a relationship-driven leader to serve as our Director of Community Engagement & Partnerships. This role will build meaningful relationships throughout the communities we serve while supporting initiatives that strengthen our brand, culture, and community impact across Florida.

Primary responsibilities

• Create strategic partnerships with charities, nonprofit organizations, and community leaders.
• Negotiate sponsorship opportunities and manage charitable giving initiatives.
• Develop and maintain local business partnerships and networking relationships.
• Serve as a liaison between community organizations and IDC store leadership teams.
• Oversee foundation activities, philanthropic initiatives, and community outreach efforts.
• Coordinate gift-giving initiatives for high-net-worth clients and key community partners.
• Plan and manage VIP events, private dining experiences, and relationship-building functions.
• Coordinate employee appreciation programs and culture-building initiatives.
• Manage the annual magazine production process and other community-focused publications.
• Support community engagement efforts, grand openings, fundraising events, and strategic partnerships across all markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Five or more years of experience in community relations, nonprofit partnerships, business development, public relations, philanthropy, luxury retail, or a related field.
• Exceptional communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Ability to travel throughout Florida.
