Commercial Renewals Specialist
About the role
This role is responsible for owning the commercial renewal strategy across a portfolio of enterprise customers. Key responsibilities include leading pricing, contract, and commercial negotiations with customer stakeholders, navigating procurement processes, partnering with Legal and Finance to drive contract execution, identifying and executing commercial expansion opportunities within existing accounts, and balancing long-term customer relationships with strong commercial outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Own the commercial renewal strategy across a portfolio of enterprise customers.
- Lead pricing, contract, and commercial negotiations with customer stakeholders.
- Navigate procurement processes and partner with Legal and Finance to drive contract execution.
- Identify and execute commercial expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
- Partner with Customer Success to balance long-term customer relationships with strong commercial outcomes.
- Forecast renewal risk and commercial opportunities to maximize Net Revenue Retention (NRR).
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, AdTech, enterprise software, or a similar commercial environment.
- Experience owning enterprise renewals, commercial negotiations, pricing, procurement, or strategic account growth.
- Proven ability to negotiate confidently with procurement teams and senior customer stakeholders.
- Comfortable discussing pricing, contracts, and commercial trade-offs without defaulting to unnecessary discounts.
- Experience working with Legal, Finance, Sales, and Customer Success throughout the contract lifecycle.
- Strong commercial judgment and the ability to balance customer relationships with business outcomes.
- Highly detail-oriented, analytical, and organized.

Pay
The salary range for this role is $80,000 - $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
Schedule
The role is full-time and based remotely, with occasional travel to company headquarters in Menlo Park, CA.
