Commercial Renewals Specialist

About the role

Support the renewal process by sending notifications, preparing quotes, and tracking responses. Communicate with customers via email and phone to confirm renewals and provide necessary information. Flag potential at-risk renewals to senior team members. Identify customer contact data and update CRM systems with renewal data and customer interactions. Provide support for the renewals team. Learn and adopt best practices for renewals and customer retention. Meet or exceed quarterly and annual renewal goals. Prepare activity and forecast reports as requested. Support escalations to successful outcomes for both customers and the company.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience working in inside sales, customer service, customer success, or renewals within a B2B software business.
• Understand both direct and channel go-to-market sales and renewals.
• Strong interpersonal skills and experience building strong internal and external relationships.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and track multiple renewals efficiently.
• Self-motivated and a self-starter; work on your own as well as in a team.
• Experience and understanding of network monitoring or security, a plus.
• Fluent in English (both spoken and written).
