About the role

Responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and management of commercial projects from inception to completion. This includes coordinating with clients, managing budgets, and ensuring project timelines are met.

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans and manage budgets
• Coordinate with clients to ensure project requirements are met
• Oversee team members to ensure project milestones are achieved
• Manage project risks and issues
• Prepare project reports and presentations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant project management experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial construction or related industry
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Skills

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
• Experience with project management software such as Primavera or Microsoft Project
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
