Commercial Project Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Call on architect and general contractors to qualify projects.
• Understand plans and specifications for commercial building projects.
• Work with assigned leads and opportunities to assist sales reps in moving sales process forward.
• Serve as liaison between sales organization and management.
• Achieve product, technical, and territory knowledge.
• Record data and activities conducted with customers and sales representatives in Salesforce.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills both in person and virtually.
• Self-motivated and functions well independently as well as within in a team.
• Comfortable in fast paced environment.
• Superior organizational and time management skills.
• Experience with Salesforce.
• Basic understanding of building plans and specifications (a plus).
• Track record of high performance in fast paced environment.
• Proven customer service excellence.
• Inbound and outbound call experience.
