About the role

Waukesha State Bank is seeking a Post-Closing Specialist to join their Commercial Banking team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring commercial loans are accurately booked, documented, and serviced.

Responsibilities

• Order and review loan documentation
• Track insurance and title requirements
• Maintain customer files
• Prepare lien releases
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Assist with loan-related inquiries and research

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent organizational skills
• The ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities
• Loan processing experience
• A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• A solid work ethic
• A commitment to accuracy
• Experience with Fiserv Navigator, Jack Henry, or FIPCO Compliance Concierge is a plus
