Post Closing Specialist

About the role

The role involves reviewing closed loan packages to ensure all underwriting and closing conditions were received, guaranteeing each loan is eligible for sale on the secondary mortgage market.

Responsibilities

• Ship/upload all closed mortgage loan files to end investors within timeline, quality, and volume performance objectives.
• Review all loan documents for completeness and accuracy.
• Monitor, resolve, and report on conditions requested by FHA, VA, USDA, and investors.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• May require bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
• Experience with servicing, post-closing, or shipping.
• Familiarity with mortgage documents.
• Experience with Encompass.
