Commercial Parts Coordinator - Fleet Operations Support Coordinator

Join the Reyes Fleet Management team in supporting our Martin Brower fleet shops with their inventory of commercial parts. This position will support 3 of our fleet shops (Coatesville, Manassas, VA and Enfield, CT) and requires availability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the day-to-day operation of the shop parts department and plan, direct, and control activities to ensure technicians have the parts needed.
• Manage proper inventory levels while supporting the fleet manager with administrative duties by processing vendor invoices for parts and service.
• Evaluate the department’s results against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to maintain the highest quality standard in serving the customer.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and 2+ years of related experience.
• Experience with inventory, commercial parts, and invoice processing.
• Mechanical aptitude with a conceptual understanding of equipment function and operation.
• Heavy administrative adaptability and proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle record in compliance with Department of Transportation regulations.

Pay

$27.00–32.00/hr, depending upon experience.
