Commercial Litigation Attorney – Associate through Partner

The firm is looking to add Commercial Litigation attorneys from Associate through Partner level to its expanding litigation practice. This is an excellent opportunity for attorneys who want sophisticated commercial litigation work while having the platform, resources, and financial incentives to continue developing their own practice and growing a book of business.

What We're Looking For:

• Candidates should have meaningful commercial litigation experience and be comfortable handling sophisticated matters through the various stages of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, substantive motion practice, mediation, and trial preparation.
• Associate Level: Commercial litigation experience
  1,800-hour billable requirement
  Portable business is a significant plus, ideally $200K+
• Partner Level: Established commercial litigation practice
  1,600-hour billable requirement
  Ideally $400K+ in portable business
  Strong client relationships and interest in continuing to grow their book

Compensation & Business Development:

• Billable bonus: Hours above the annual requirement are compensated at 50% of the attorney's billable rate
• Origination bonus: 10–15% of originated business

Lower Requirements:

• Lower 1,600-hour requirement for Partners
• 1,800-hour requirement for Associates
