Responsibilities

• Manage commercial disputes from inception through resolution
• Draft and argue motions, handle discovery, take/defend depositions
• Attend hearings, mediations, and assist with trial prep
• Work directly with partners and clients on case strategy

Requirements

• 2–5 years of commercial litigation experience
• Strong writing and research skills
• Ability to manage matters independently
• Estate litigation experience is a plus (will train!)

Pay

$120,000 - $150,000 per year
