Responsibilities
- Manage commercial disputes from inception through resolution
- Draft and argue motions, handle discovery, take/defend depositions
- Attend hearings, mediations, and assist with trial prep
- Work directly with partners and clients on case strategy
Requirements
- 2–5 years of commercial litigation experience
- Strong writing and research skills
- Ability to manage matters independently
- Estate litigation experience is a plus (will train!)
