Qualifications And Skills

  • 1-7 years of commercial Litigation experience, preferably in Creditors’ Rights and collections
  • Requires membership in the State Bar as an attorney qualified to practice law in the State
  • Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws
  • Ability to analyze case law and provide recommendations
  • J.D. from accredited law school
  • Possesses leadership skills and the ability to drive and motivate other employees to achieve results
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills across a broad spectrum of attorney and non-attorney recipients including all levels within the organization and external

TRAVEL

This position requires up to 10% travel. Travel excludes local intra-office commute.

  • $100,000-$120,000 Salary Pay Range
