Responsibilities

• Handle defense-side commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution
• Manage discovery, motion practice, depositions, hearings, and case strategy
• Work directly with clients on business-focused dispute resolution
• Collaborate closely with a team of experienced litigators in a supportive environment

Requirements

• Active Texas Bar admission
• Defense-side commercial litigation experience
• Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to work 100% onsite in downtown Dallas
• Collaborative, low-ego mindset

Pay

Compensation: $120,000 - $250,000 per year, market competitive; no rigid bands. Bonuses: Based on performance and billable-hours.
